Our new blog “The Carterville Journal” is now up and running.
This blog is intended to disseminate information, as well as a means of posting or asking questions regarding our family history, genealogy, book, website, etc.
Improvements and additions will appear as time goes by in order to make our blog as functional as possible in support of the Carterville USA website.
You may view The Carterville Journal without logging in, but in order to make posts or comments you must be logged in.
If you have any questions or suggestions about how I can improve the usability of our blog…please let me know.

Charles – Is this a true blog or is it intended to be a social network where members can express their views and interact with eachother? Just looking for clarification.

Bob, I intended this to be used mainly for relating to our family history, genealogy, book, website, etc.
It can certainly be used for the other, but I would think FB would be better suited for that sort of dialogue.
